Care Instructions
How should I wash my Pepa de Mango shirt?
Simple. Wash cold (below 90°F or 30°C), inside out, gentle cycle, mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener, no BS. Unless you want your shirt to look like it survived a war—then do whatever.
Can I put it in the dryer?
Sure, if you want to speed-run ruining your shirt. Use a low tumble dry if you’re desperate, but hanging it up like a normal person will keep the print fresh and alive.
Can I iron my shirt?
Yes, but inside-out and on low heat. Never iron directly on the print—unless you enjoy ruining things.
Can I dry clean it?
Nope. This isn’t a fancy suit. Just wash it like a normal human—cold water, inside out. Dry cleaning is for people who iron their socks.
What happens if I don’t follow these instructions?
Then it’s on you. If your print fades, cracks, or peels because you ignored these rules, we won’t take it back or refund it. We only cover manufacturing defects, not laundry disasters.

At Pepa de Mango, we don’t do mass production. Every piece is made on demand just for you, which means it takes a little longer to ship, but hey, that’s what makes it special.
Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Not on the list? Chill. We're working on world domination.

Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees?
Customs fees or import taxes? That’s on you. If your country loves paperwork, you might have to pay some extra charges when your order arrives. We don’t control that part, but we do control making awesome stuff for you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location:
UK: 3-9 business days; USA & Canada: 7-14 business days; Everywhere else: 14-30 business days (yeah, we know… patience is a virtue).
Important: Production takes 2-5 business days before we even ship your order. So no, it’s not arriving tomorrow, chill, good things take time.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Messed up your address? Happens to the best of us. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us ASAP, and we’ll try to fix it.
If it’s already shipped, well… that package is on its own journey now. We can’t change the address, and if it gets sent back, you’ll have to cover the re-shipping cost. So, double-check next time.
My order was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
First, don’t panic! Your package didn’t grow legs and run away.
Check with your neighbors or anyone in your house, maybe someone grabbed it for you.
Contact the courier service with your tracking number for more info.
Double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout.
Important: If the carrier marked your order as delivered but you can’t find it, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If it got swiped, we suggest having a dramatic breakdown, filing a claim with the courier, and maybe investing in a security camera.
My package was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
Damn. Looks like your package had a rough journey. If your item arrived looking like it survived a bar fight, here’s what to do:
Take clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging (if it’s also wrecked), and the shipping label.
Send them to us within 7 days of delivery.
Once we confirm the damage, we’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund, because you deserve better.
No drama, no stress. Just send the pics, and we’ll fix it.
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay and Apple Pay . No, we don’t accept Monopoly money, carrier pigeons, or your grandma’s secret stash of gold coins, just the usual modern payment methods.
Is my payment secure?
Of course. This isn’t some shady back-alley deal. All transactions go through secure, encrypted payment gateways, because we take your money seriously and we like to sleep at night.
Order Returns
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
Nope. Every item is made on demand, just for you, so we don’t do take-backs. That means no returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, picking the wrong size, or just changing your mind.
Double-check before ordering, because once it's made, it's yours. We only accept returns if there’s a manufacturing defect, not because you suddenly decided you don’t like the color.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Damn, that’s not how it’s supposed to be. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or got roughed up during shipping, you’re eligible for a free replacement or refund.
Here’s what to do:
Contact us within 7 days (USA & other countries).
Send clear photos of the issue to hola@pepademango.com. The damaged item, the packaging (if it took a hit), and the shipping label.
We’ll sort it out. No drama, no hassle—just proof, and we’ll fix it.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Nope. Each item is made just for you, so we don’t do size swaps.
Not sure which size to get? Every product page has a size chart with measurements in cm and inches — use it. We strongly recommend checking your measurements before ordering. Because guessing your size and hoping for the best? Not a great strategy.
The color looks slightly different from the website. Can I return it?
Nope. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the printing process. That’s just how printing works. These minor differences are normal and not considered defects — so no returns for that. Trust us, the color still looks awesome.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued in cases of:
Manufacturing defects, Production errors (wrong item received), Shipping damage.
Refunds do not apply to:
Incorrect sizing, Minor color variations, Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. After that, it’s in your bank’s hands, so if it takes longer, blame them, not us. Payment methods and banks have their own mysterious timelines, but if you don’t see your money soon, give them a nudge.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, it’s too late — it goes into production and there’s no turning back.
Changed your mind? Act fast. Once it’s being made, we can’t stop the magic (or the machines).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can use that number to stalk your package on the carrier’s website.
Important: Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to update. If it doesn’t show movement right away, chill — it’s on its way. Refreshing the page every five minutes won’t make it move faster.
How should I wash my Pepa de Mango products?
To keep your print looking fresh:
Machine wash cold (max 30°C), inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning. Air dry whenever possible. Do not iron directly on the print. We do not replace items damaged due to improper washing.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your package gets sent back because of an incorrect address or because you ghosted the post office, you’ll have to cover the re-shipping costs.
No response within 30 days? Your order gets discarded, and no refund will be issued. Harsh? Maybe. But hey, double-check your address next time — it’s not that hard.
